I’m Nerisha Arjoon, founder of N Designs. What started as a passion for graphic design has grown into a full-service business strategy and creative agency, celebrating 6 years this year.
Today, N Designs is a proudly women-led business — 100% women team, women-owned clients, suppliers and strategic alliances — because I believe in lifting as we rise.
Where It Started
My journey began in graphic design, building a strong foundation in branding, visual identity and communication for businesses across South Africa.
The Evolution
Over time, I expanded into business development — helping entrepreneurs structure, grow and position their businesses with clarity and strategic intent.
What We Do Today
N Designs now offers both business strategy and media services — branding, marketing, social media management, campaigns and investor-ready business plans.
Our Milestone
Celebrating 6 years in business in 2026, with a growing team of 3 subcontractors and a community of 28K+ on TikTok.
From designer to business strategist
I started N Designs with a belief that creative excellence and business strategy belong together. Too many entrepreneurs had great ideas but lacked the structure to turn them into sustainable businesses — and I knew I could bridge that gap.
What started as graphic design work grew organically as clients began asking for more — business plans, funding guidance, campaign strategy. I said yes to every challenge and built the expertise to back it up.
Today, N Designs is both a business strategy consultancy and a media agency — helping South African entrepreneurs build with intention from day one.
Women empowerment at our core
Women empowerment is not a buzzword for us — it’s baked into everything we do. Our team is 100% women. Many of our clients, suppliers and strategic alliances are women-owned businesses.
We believe that when women support each other, extraordinary things happen. That belief is also what inspired the launch of ReInventing Her in 2025 — a community where businesswomen can grow, connect and uplift one another.
