Refunds & Returns Policy

At N Designs, we are committed to delivering professional digital and service-based solutions. Due to the nature of our services, refunds and returns are handled as follows:

• Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• No refunds will be issued for completed digital services, consultations, or custom work already delivered.
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered at the sole discretion of N Designs, less any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.
• Clients are encouraged to review all quotations, project scopes, and service details carefully before making payment.
• If there is an issue with a delivered service, clients should raise it in writing within 7 days so that reasonable corrective action can be considered where applicable.
